Watching Spring Features and more When I find sometime off my busy everyday work and household works, household works includes time for my family members friends, I try to find some time for upgrading my Technical skills. For understanding SpringFramework and its ever growing features I visit www.springsource.org once a week at least to read through any changes (I mean any api being deprecated) or addition of new apis. Then I use to visit News and Announcement section of SpringSource at http://www.springsource.org/taxonomy/term/4 ->>> On 17th December 2009, there is an anouncement about release of Spring .NET 1.3.0 Released at http://www.springsource.org/node/2269 Some of the major releases includes:
  • Microsoft test framework integration
  • TIBCO EMS integration
  • NVelocity Integration
  • VS.NET Solution Template
  • ->>> On 17th December 2009, SpringSource Tool Suite 2.3.0 is available for download. More info at http://www.springsource.org/node/2270 ->>> Webservices based on SpringFramework: Support for the document driven webservices using WS-I basic profile, webservices with the core Spring features with the contract first developement, so developement team has to first comeup with XSD and generated WSDL and then proceed with further development for setting up webservices. More info at http://static.springsource.org/spring-ws/sites/1.5/ Why Spring is Contract-First, a very nice explaination can be read at http://static.springsource.org/spring-ws/sites/1.5/reference/html/why-contract-first.html Requesting visitors to keep on adding any updates as and when those unfold about SpringFrameworks. We shall keep this thread running to make it a real point of page for SpringFramework related news views, updates
